Alternative Provision
At Hope High School we offer some of our pupils the opportunity to access alternative curriculum to education.
We understand that a school environment is not always the right place for all our pupils to learn! Not all pupils are the same.
We celebrate the fact that our students are different, it’s what makes us all unique! For reasons that are pertinent for the individual pupil, an alternative curriculum and placement may be a good opportunity to engage some of our students. Specialist teaching is linked with core curriculum class work and a bespoke curriculum package depending on the individual need. The alternative curriculum is progressive and rich in life skills, we also draw upon the expertise of alternative providers in and around our locality. These providers include schools, colleges and businesses who specialise in providing engaging experiences for our students.
